INSTRUCTIONS – CLEANING

Do not put leather shoes in the washing machine.
Use lukewarm water and a brush.
Scrub off any dirt and rinse as needed.
Allow the shoes to dry before applying waterproofing or grease, wax can go directly to the shoes even if they are wet.
It is not recommended to put shoes in or on an oven to dry.

GUIDELINES – FERTILIZER AND WAX

Make sure the shoes are clean, follow the instructions above.
Wax can be applied directly to wet shoes.
Apply the wax or fertilizer with a soft sponge, supplied in most cases.
Use your fingers to apply to areas that are difficult to reach with the sponge, such as around seams or joints.
Remove excess with a damp cloth where applicable.
The shoes can be used immediately after treatment.

Make sure the shoes are clean, follow the instructions above.
The shoes need to be dry to ensure the best protection.
Hold the can 25 cm from the shoes and spray evenly so that all surfaces are safely wet.
Remove excess with a damp cloth where applicable.
Let the shoes dry normally before use, 3-4 hours.

- Leather has a natural water resistance and comes with a waterproof treatment from the manufacturers.

  the leather begins to absorb more moisture, which can cause damp feet.
  It is therefore advisable to clean and renew the waterproofing regularly, especially after very
  wet days. It is also important to lace up tightly.

If the shoes get soaked, can I dry them in the oven?
- It is not recommended to dry shoes in the oven or put them on the stove. The leather then dries out,
  glue can come off and cracks can form, possibly causing leaks in the future.
